Hi all! My name is Aleah and I am an aspiring Cinematographer based in the UK, I've had 3 years worth of experience in Film and Television. This is my official website where you can view my most recent work and previous work throughout the years.

I have found myself really enjoying working in the camera department and creating all sorts of media such as Short Films, Documentaries, Music Videos, Commercials etc.

I have graduated with a Bsc(Hons) in Film Production and Technology (Grade: 2:1) at Gloucestershire College through Birmingham City University 2017 (Contact for certificates).

Independent filmmakers who are in need of a Cinematographer or a Director of Photography (DoP) for Short Films that is the area in the industry I specialise in and thoroughly enjoy. I have many skills to offer on set a main one is being alert. I can multi-task and am willing to help out with anything on set that needs to be done. To learn and gain experience is what I want to achieve in this industry and I have a passion that drives me to do everything to the best of my ability.

These are the desired roles: DoP, Camera Trainee, 1st AC, or 2nd AC, Runner & Stand in.

  • Awarded 'Best Cinematography' at the West of England Bristol (RTS Student Awards) Royal Television Society for short film 'BROTHERS' in February 2017. 
  • 'Homeward' short film won 'Best Cinematography' at the Gloucestershire College Annual end of Year Screening Awards at Cineworld Gloucester Quays July 2017.

Homeward Short Film

A short film about a young homeless woman named Wendy, who attempts to find a new place to stay whilst living in her car. Along the way, she tries new ways to better her life but they do not always work out in her favour.
